I am partnered with The Lactation Network, and am able to provide insurance-covered lactation support to families with United Healthcare, and many other PPO plans!
Now Accepting Cigna Healthcare Patients
In partnership with Wildflower Care Connect, I am able to provide insurance-covered lactation support to all Cigna Members!
Initial Visit - $300 (may be covered by insurance)
This one-on-one consultation typically lasts 1.5-2 hours. This visit will include a review of your pregnancy, birth, pertinent medical history, and baby's growth. I will observe and assist with a feeding, and we can address any concerns that you have.
Follow-up Visit - $250 (may be covered by insurance)
This visit typically lasts 1-1.5 hours. We will follow up on questions/concerns discussed at our initial visit, and address any new questions or concerns that you may have.
Bottle Refusal- $300 for new families, $250 for established families (may be covered by insurance)
This visit typically lasts approximately 1-1.5 hours. We will review your concerns, identify what may be causing the issue, and develop a custom plan for you family. Due to the depth of this visit, other issues will not be able to be touched upon and would require a follow-up visit to be addressed.
Telehealth Visit - $225 (may be covered by insurance)
Due to the complexity of breastfeeding issues, telehealth visits will be done on a case-by-case basis only. Please reach out via e-mail to discuss.
Travel Fee - $100
I offer home visits in Santa Cruz County (within a 40 minute drive of Live Oak). Areas served include Santa Cruz, Soquel, Capitola, Aptos, Aromas, Watsonville, Felton, Ben Lomond, Los Gatos. Distances farther than a 30 minute drive may be considered for a travel fee of $100 per visit. This fee is not billable to insurance.
